A new machine has never been opened. This one is a Breville Barista Express, model BES870XL, that was opened or used as a display unit, so it can show light cosmetic marks. It is not sold as new. The model, the specification and the accessories list are the same.
Who provides the warranty, and for how long?
Caffecrest provides a 1-year warranty on this machine. It is our warranty, not Breville’s. Read the terms on the warranty page.
